  1. Prices are non-negotiable.
  2. Item’s colours may vary due to different lighting. Contact JALS if you have any query.
  3. ALL items sold are brand new.
  4. JALS will not be responsible for lost item(s) if the buyer ops for normal postage.
  5. JALS will not be responsible if the item is damage during postage.
  6. Reservations will only be held for 24 hours after the invoice had been sent out.
  7. JALS serves the rights to release the item to the next interested buyer if payment is not made.
  8. ALL Payment transaction details are to be sent to JALS ASAP within 24 hours after receiving the invoice. JALS will release the items if there is no notification.
  9. ALL Payments MUST be made before the items are being sent.
  10. Do NOT make payment before receiving an invoice or confirmation from JALS.
  11. NO Refunds or Exchange after the item(s) is being received.
  12. Mode of payment is limited to POSB/DBS I Banking or ATM Transfers.
  13. Mode of Collection is restricted to postage (Normal/Registered Mail)
  14. Meet-ups will only be arranged if the total purchase is more than a $100 Nett.
  15. Prices are indicated in Singapore dollars. (SGD)
  16. Only proceed to ordering of item(s) if you agree to the terms and conditions.
  17. JALS reserves the rights to amend the TERMS & CONDITIONS at any time.

  1. Purchases will only be sent to the Member’s preferred address.
    1. Preferred address is the address indicated when applying for JALS Member.
    2. Please notify if there is a change in any personal details.
  2. JALS Membership is NOT TRANSFERRABLE or SHARED.
  3. JALS Membership is a lifetime membership.
  4. Every member will be given a JALS Membership number for the convenience of future purchases.

Question: Why is there a postage fee difference between clothes and bag?

JALS Reply: We took the weight and the packaging of the bags into consideration; therefore the fee will be slightly higher.

 

Question: How often does JALS launch new items?

JALS Reply: JALS will launch new items at least once a week. (Do visit us often!)

 

Question: How long will the purchased items reach to us?

JALS Reply: Once the payment is received and confirmed, JALS will mail out the item(s) the next mail out day. Singapore Post will take about 2 – 3 working days to send out the items.

 

Question: When are the mailout days?

JALS Reply: JALS will do mail out items on Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

Question: Is there any special discounts?

JALS Reply: There will only be discounts given to JALS members. (Start purchasing and be a part of us!)

 

Question: How to Qualify as a JALS Member?

JALS Reply: Once you spent $80 Nett in a single purchase or accumulate $150Nett over a period of 2 months, you will be qualify to be a JALS Member. *Terms and conditions apply*

 

Question: How much discount will JALS Members entitled to?

JALS Reply: JALS members are entitled to 5% off all items for the 1st 2 items. There will be a 10% off for 3 or more items.

 

Question: Can we order from overseas?

JALS Reply: Sorry, JALS only receive order from Singapore at this moment. We are still in the progress of expanding into overseas purchases.
